The Douglas El Segundo Rod & Gun Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and perpertuation of good sportsmanship.
The lodge facilities are available to all members of good standing and their accompanying families and guests. Weekend Managers are expected to operate in compliance with the Weekend Manager's Instruction Handbook. The entire lodge facility rental for private parties is only available to experienced Weekend Managers with a current Certified Weekend Managers Card.

** Private Party reservations require a $200 advance security deposit, payable when the reservation is made. The receipt of the $200 security deposit confirms the reservation. No $200 advance deposit, No reservation.
This Deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled with less than a 60 day notice. In addition to the advance security deposit, a $200 damage/cleaning deposit is required and will be added to the basic rental charge. This $200 damage/cleaning deposit charge is refundable following a satisfactory post-event inspection.
*Motel room renters are subject to a $20 security/cleaning deposit, redundable after an OK inspection.
*Special clean-up or damage repairs will be priced at the local rate and it is the responsibility of the renter.
*Club events take precedence and priority over private parties. Lodge rental does not include boathouse.
All Private Party Managers must qualify as Certified Weekend Managers, with a current Certified Weekend Managers Card, be a "Member in Good Standing", and have a minimum of three (3) years membership in the Club.
Bar operation is separate. If the bar is used a "Bar Inventory and Cash Report" must be completed.
Certified Weekend Managers Cards must be renewed every three (3) years due to changing conditions.
Children under twelve years old - No Charge.
No pets are allowed in Lodge, Motel, or Bunk Rooms.
