Whiskey Flat Days is always held on Presidents Day Weekend in February.
Our 55th Annual Whiskey Flat Days takes place February 17-20, 2012, and the theme is "Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Outlaws", submitted by Kellene Kirkpatrick. Take a step back in time and celebrate life in the 1850's. This old-fashioned, western style festival includes a parade, gunfighters, carnival, music, vendors, and a Whiskey Flat Encampment. Enter the Epitaph Contest, Frog Jumpin' Contest, Whiskerino Contest, and more!

History of the Club
Some years ago, when the aerospace industry was in it's prime,
a water front parcel of property at Lake Isabella in Kern County was
purchased and a recreation facility was built for Douglas Aircraft workers
to enjoy and take a break from the tedium of designing and building airplanes.
